A few weeks ago I went on a hike with a friend of mine from high school. I love seeing people I have not seen in years and feeling as though no time has passed between us. With a few rolls of 120 film in my pocket, we ventured to the beach and up the cliff, this is what I saw...

Long Canyon Trail, Wood Ranch

Having recently had a two week break from school, I have a huge pile of images that are just waiting to be edited.. I finally tackled some today from a hike I took at one of my favorite trails in Simi Valley, Long Canyon Trail. The plant life has changed quite a bit in the past two years but I enjoy the change of pace. I got to the trail between 7 and 8 AM and was surrounded by beautiful morning light and the sounds of birds singing for a new day. It was a wonderful way to start my day as well :]
