Ballistics, Baby!

Another session of school is finishing up with this week. I was in my last required last under my major, and the second high speed class. We did not have many photography assignments this session, but it was still a lot of fun! Here are some images from a couple shoots using ballistics...!

Yosemite Valley

Over my summer break, I spent some time in one of my favorite camping spots, Yosemite Valley. Every year when summer rolls around I get the itch and I can't get myself to go anywhere else because I am so drawn to this place. The towering granite walls, never ending river bends, high and mighty sequoia trees, rushing waterfalls, playful butterflies and friendly bluejays just keep me coming back for more... Each time I travel to this valley, I find something new. I come back every year with a new perspective on nature and unwavering gratitude for the world we live in. I am a little surprised by the work that came out of me during this trip; it is a big difference from what I shot last year in Yosemite, but I am very pleased with the direction my creativity has taken me. I also shot a lot of film which I have yet to scan... I will be posting those as soon as I get that done :) I hope you enjoy these images! Any comments/questions are more than welcome! Peace!
